Highlighted Trades - 01/25/2024

Our most profitable trade of the day is an exit from a trade we entered yesterday. We shorted ELV at $476.86, and this morning it hit our target exit of $462.92, for a clean profit of 2.9%. This is a trade I’m very happy with. The movement downwards, while only beginning a little after our entry, was very consistent. The price never got close to our stop loss, but made a consistent run towards our target exit.

The most profitable trade we entered today was a long on IFF. We got in at $80.87, and exited at our target level of $82.14, right before close.

Our most profitable short of the day is on PFE, and remains open. Our bot saw this in free fall from its after hours movements, and got in close to open. We went short at $27.81, and it’s currently $27.47 - we’re up 1.2% on this position.

Lastly, today’s biggest loser - and a pretty benign one. We went short on WBA at $22.12, before technicals turned sour. We exited at $22.50 before things got worse. We lost 1.69% on this, but it could’ve gone much worse.

In total, we entered 54 positions today - 34 long and 20 short.
