HaiKhuu Daily Trading Report 4/21/2022

Thoughts & Comments from 4/20/2022:

Yesterday was an insanely choppy day for the markets. Markets decided to open up nicely, the move down for roughly a half hour, prior to making a beautiful V shaped recovery, then decided to chop around for the rest of the trading day.

Markets were sketchy for those with long positions as indices were down roughly half a percent from open, but those who were trading should have had a phenomenal time in the process. There were a lot of trading opportunities, both to the upside and the downside.

Tesla had earnings after hours, It was a really sketchy day for Tesla yesterday. Shares dropped approximately 5% intraday, to a beautiful 7.5% bounce after hours with earnings. At the time of writing this report, Tesla is currently trading at $1051. $TSLA saved the market.

UAL had earnings yesterday, -$4.24 EPS, but has only continued to RIP through the morning. Shares are up approximately 9% at the time of writing this report. They forecast a profitable 2022 as they believe they will be able to get more passengers who are also willing to pay more to fly.

Both the algorithm and my live trading on the pilot surpassed both our target for 4/20/2022 . With my live trading, I was able to exit all 30~ positions within the first eight minutes of the day. I was able to secure a +0.3% return on AUM and surpassed our daily goal by 50%. Utilizing our BAOSAC system, you would have been able to get a +0.4% return. The algorithm did great mostly for a sketchy day like yesterday, and our systems only continue to work out beautifully.

Thoughts & Comments for today 4/21/2022:

Markets are looking beautiful. Everyone with any long holdings should be happy with the overnight movement and anyone who is getting ready to trade should be highly optimistic.

We have jobless claims coming out at 8:30am EST today as well as Jerome Powell speaking at 1pm EST to IMF.
Please tread lightly when trading today but be aggressive with your positions. Today should be a very beautiful yet choppy day. Practice safe risk management and you’ll be set.

Watch $SPY $450 resistance. This is a major resistance point and it will be difficult to break through.

Watch what happens with TWTR, they have earnings tomorrow so intraday we should see a lot of opportunities to trade it. If I take any trades on TWTR, I will realize the gains with free equity.

I will be actively trading equities on my main portfolio and allocating the same way on the pilot trading account. We are looking at roughly 32 positions that will be entered into the pilot today. Each allocation will be documented and presented prior to market open in the HaiKhuu Discord.

Each position will be entered with our linear scaling entry model in accordance to our power confidence in the allocation.
