Good morning and happy Cinco de Mayo everyone! Hope you all are smiling and loving the markets right now. Yesterday was a much-needed pump in the market and I hope you all are confident and optimistic for today.

Thoughts & Comments from 5/04/2022

Yesterday was a tough day initially for the market. We dropped from open and made a low of $413.71. Leading into FOMC the markets rallied up and hovered around ~$417 and then at 2 & 2:30 PM EST, things just went absolutely insane. Markets dropped to lows as Jerome Powell got on stage to speak, then proceeded to rally like crazy into close. $SPY closed at a new 5-day high at $429.06 PWWR $426.19

Yesterday was FREE MONEY. Hope you are excited and hyped for the markets, we needed a day like yesterday to rejuvenate the markets!

$EBAY had earnings after hours. They dropped like a rock after the run into close. It reached $54.70 and hit a low of $49.50. I covered my short allocation under $50 and ran like a bandit from the play. Hope you all were able to get short positions on $EBAY too!

Thoughts & Comments for Today 5/05/2022

I am very optimistic for today as a result of yesterday. Please be careful as there is a lot of room for downside potential as a result of the pump from yesterday. We have major resistance on $SPY at $430 that we have to break and major support at $425 and $420.

Assuming confidence is still high in the markets for today and we do not have any major selling, I am confident that we can test and breakthrough $430 again.

The perfect end to this week would be:

$AAPL $170
$TSLA $1000
$GOOGL $2500
$AMD $100

Let’s see what happens today and tomorrow, markets will be exciting.

Don’t be greedy and tread lightly while trading.

Make sure to have long allocations in strong organizations you have confidence in at a price you are comfortable at will be the key to building long-term wealth. Pick organizations with a high dividend yield and turn on DRIP. I personally have $GAIN set up this way where I get shares added to my account monthly and I forget about it. It’s not at a bad price so I’d recommend you all at least get some long exposure.

NFTs- Today will be the NBA Playoffs Round 1 NFT drop. $19 a pack or 10 Trade-in Tickets. I will be purchasing as many of these as I am allowed to purchase. Queue 1 ($19) is at 5pm EST / Queue 2 (10 Trade Tickets) is at 7pm EST. In my opinion, it is worth the gamble. Worst case scenario, you are gambling $13 per pack, but you should be EV+ on this pack. I’d be surprised if it was not. Link to the pack.

I’m still holding many of my long allocations and actively trading where I can. Most of my time is spent managing the pilot trading account every day, but if you want to watch for when I post any of my allocations, they will be posted live in the HaiKhuu Discord!

The BAOSAC system yesterday had a PERFECT day. In the rare occurrence of a day like yesterday when we rally unexpectedly into close, the BAOSAC system works out perfectly. We went 23 for 23 on the market. If you were to utilize this system fully, you would have had a net return of 3%. I have included the results of the BAOSAC positions from yesterday below.

Today we will be entering into positions like normal. We will be utilizing roughly 88% of our portfolio today. Everything will be bought at open using the same linear scaled entry model we’ve been utilizing.
