HaiKhuu Daily Report - 07/21/2026

Good morning and happy Tuesday! Man, we just keep getting whipped around in a tight range, but market conditions are looking great! $SPY is up nicely at the time of writing this report, and I genuinely hope that everyone is ready and excited for what the markets have in store for us today!

We are still trading in the narrow range that we were trading in yesterday, but life is good as markets are at least up during the pre-market session. General market conditions are still sketchy as a result of the neutrality we have continued to experience in this $740-750 range, but regardless of where the markets are, general conditions are strong, and I am excited to see where the markets take us!

Please continue to practice safe risk management while attempting to trade and allocate into the markets today, and do everything in your power to maximize your potential. There will be many great scalping opportunities today, mostly with the weakness we’ve experienced in tech. So tread lightly, and let’s have an amazing time today!

Good luck trading today, and let’s watch $SPY break out!

The updated $SPY daily levels are as follows:
Conversion Line Support: $747.55
Baseline Support: $736.63
Psychological Support: $740
Previous All-Time High: $760.40
Daily Cloud Support: $741.22

Thoughts & Comments from Yesterday - 07/20/2026

Yesterday was a rough day for the general market due to the momentum. Conditions were strong; there were opportunities to allocate accordingly, but overall general market conditions were tough and really did not provide us with great opportunities to trade or allocate properly. Hopefully you all were able to catch the momentum and trend of the markets, and made the most of the conditions! We were able to catch a couple of great scalps intraday yesterday, but overall market conditions were rough.

We started yesterday with $SPY opening at $747.00, and conditions looked alright, we opened up nicely to start the week beautifully green, and watched as $SPY popped towards the $750 resistance, we quickly made the official high of the day trading at $748.73, and then watched as we quickly rejected that level at the top, and watched as $SPY dropped heavily throughout the rest of the morning. Within an hour of making the top, we dropped and made a relative low, trading around $744 leading into the lunchtime lull, before making a slight recovery back to $746.

Market conditions after the lunchtime lull were alright, but leading into the early afternoon, we watched continued bearish momentum across the board. $SPY quickly started to sell off, continually making new lows of the day, before officially going red for the day leading into power hour, where we made the official low of the day trading at $741.53, before officially ending the day trading at $742.09, down 0.16% overall for the day, or down roughly 1%.

What I will say about yesterday's market conditions is that things were obviously less than ideal; there was weak bearish momentum throughout the day, despite the fact that we displayed a lot of strength early in the morning. Semis and tech did nicely, but overall market conditions were tough. Hopefully you all were able to realize a significant amount of gains while attempting to trade yesterday, and hopefully some of you followed our $TSLA scalp, as that position rallied almost 40% in a matter of minutes from entry, so congrats to anyone who was able to make the most of the short term volatility that was presented to us yesterday, and are ready for what the markets have in store for us today!!!

S&P 500 Heat Map - 07/20/2026

Thoughts & Comments for Today - 07/21/2026

Today is setting up to be a better day for the general markets. With the strength we are seeing in the pre-market session, it appears traders are more confident heading into today. Whether that is true or not, and whether people decide to allocate accordingly, is a different story; it will be interesting to see what happens. It appears that both tech and cryptocurrencies are moving up at the moment, which is a sign of strength for the general markets.

If you are attempting to trade or allocate today, please consider these higher-beta tech stocks. Many of these organizations have sold off heavily over the previous week. There are some opportunities for deep value that are opening up, including organizations like $ORCL, which look exceptionally strong at the bottom. The organizations that have sold off heavily over the past week are going to be the ones that rally the hardest today! Look at semi’s chips, and producers in the space, because there will be some amazing organizations to scalp, day trade, and allocate into.

A couple other plays I have my eyes on are $SNDK (Sandisk) and $SOXL (3x leverage SOXX) - with $SNDK, they have been so heavily oversold over the previous couple of days from the top. I believe they are heavily overvalued as an organization, but at the same time, they are heavily oversold here in the short term. These guys will provide us with some great opportunities across the board, it is more so just a matter of capitalizing on the conditions and having an amazing time in the process.

You guys hear me say this almost every single day, but please make sure to practice safe risk management. With the way that many traders are allocating in these market conditions, I am seeing some dumb risks being taken on. This can come in many forms, including purchasing highly OTM option contracts that are 0-DTE or near-expiration with almost zero chance of being hit; allocating heavily and becoming a bagholder in an organization with no conviction; and, finally, the kicker of everything: those who attempt to fight the trend.

If you are one of those three traders, oof.

0-dte’s are going to burn if the position does not work instantly and heavily in your favor, while the bag holders at least have solvency. The worst one of the bunch has to be the fact that people are going to be fighting the trend. Markets are currently strong despite being in such a narrow range, but if you are attempting to fight the overall market momentum, as confident as you may be as an individual, you are going to have a tough time.

Please expect that we are going to continue to remain in this choppy consolidation until there is news that drives the markets in a direction. I don’t know what the news will be, or which direction it may drive us, but expect that the next move to happen will most likely be war news, and hopefully that direction is a bullish directional move that we can all capitalize on in the short term.

Just to warn you all, just remember that the $SPY $740 magnet zone and $750 rejection point are still in play. As much as I want to be overly bullish, there are bearish theses to think about in the short term. Please just continue to tread lightly and practice safe risk management in these conditions. Life is good and so are the markets, so let’s have an amazing time today, and hopefully the markets give us that beautiful directional breakout we are all hoping for!

If I see any opportunities, or if I decide to get into any other plays, I’ll announce what I see in the HaiKhuu Discord.
