HaiKhuu Daily Report - 07/31/2026
Good morning and happy Friday!!! Man, this has been a crazy week for the general markets with volatility left and right. Hopefully you all have been able to capitalize on this volatility and are ready for another beautiful day for the markets. Hopefully you all listened to yesterday's warnings because these market conditions are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Traders could have easily realized significant gains in a short period of time while trading yesterday, and the same sentiment is in the water today.
Markets are strong, traders are confident, and momentum looks favorable. Hopefully the markets only continue to rip and rally from here, and provide us with some great opportunities to trade and realize some gains!
Some traders are going to have short-term difficulties with navigating this volatility or knowing when to allocate, while others who looked to take on some risk on Wednesday should be enjoying a beautiful recovery. So please, continue to follow the trend in the markets, and do everything in your power to maximize your profit potential.
Life is good and so are these market conditions, so let’s realize some gains today and have an amazing time!
Good luck trading, and let’s see where the markets take us!

Thoughts & Comments from Yesterday - 07/30/2026
Yesterday was a beautifully bullish day for the general markets after the insane selling we experienced on Wednesday. There was beautiful and strong bullish momentum that everyone could have easily capitalized on, and hopefully you all were able to absolutely print in the process!
We started the day with $SPY trading at $736.12 yesterday. General market conditions were strong as $SPY was up almost $7 in the process, and general market conditions were great. We quickly bounced up early in the morning to go and test $740, but watched as we rejected that level by the lunchtime lull.
General market conditions from open to the lull were essentially neutral the entire time; we made the official low of the day trading at $734.60, and then watched as we bounced up ever so slightly into the afternoon and started to build some bullish momentum.
Leading into the back half of the afternoon, $SPY was able to break above the $740 resistance point, and we continued to trend there until power hour. General conditions were strong, traders were optimistic, and anyone could have genuinely printed. We went on to make the official high of the day trading at $742.45 before coming back down slightly leading into close, where we officially ended yesterday with $SPY trading at $741.69, up 1.7% yesterday, or up $12 overall.
So, what I will say about yesterday is that the general market momentum was great. Anyone could have easily capitalized on the general market conditions of yesterday and everyone could have simply rode the trend. There were great opportunities to scalp and actively day trade, so let’s see what the markets have in store for us today and make the most of these conditions!
S&P 500 Heat Map - 07/30/2026
Thoughts & Comments for Today - 07/31/2026
Today is setting up to be a beautiful day for the general markets. $SPY is showing strength, traders are optimistic, and general market conditions are looking overly bullish. Please be careful leading into today, but do everything in your power to maximize your profit potential. There are opportunities presented to us everywhere in these conditions, and honestly, we are only continuing to show generalized strength through the morning.
If you are attempting to trade, please continue to watch these higher beta tech organizations. The chip and tech organizations that I have been saying are oversold are starting to display strength again from the bottom, and we are watching as some numbers that are being pushed are almost insane. Like yesterday, $SNDK +26%, $MU +18%, and $MSFT +15%?
There is so much opportunity in these conditions; people just are not recognizing it yet. This is why I have only continued to scream about organizations like $ORCL in the short term. The organization was heavily oversold, heavily undervalued, and looked over. The organization went from trading at $115 to $130 in a matter of days, meaning there has been almost a 10% rally in literally two days. I am not saying that these organizations are going to continue to rally from this point, but there is so much strength in a lot of these deeper value organizations that have been oversold that once they decide to break out and move up, as I said before, they will easily outperform the general indexes.
So look to actively day trade and scalp those chip & semi companies that have been heavily oversold, and take advantage of the discounts that are presented.
These are some of the best times to actively day trade and scalp, but the real question is what are you going to do to take advantage of the opportunities presented to us today?
Obviously, there are so many different strategies that you can take on and that people recommend, but for today and these market conditions, I am going to continue to recommend actively scalping and day trading single-name equities that have momentum, but because it is also a Friday, I want to bring up 0-DTE option contracts again.
Before I say anything, this is not financial advice nor a signal to buy or sell any positions. Obviously, I cannot guarentee anything, and you should do your own due diligence prior to entering any positions.
But…. I think that 0-DTE options today, throughout the day, are going to present us with great opportunities. I do not usually say that 0-DTE’s are favorable, but I genuinely believe that today is going to be one of those days that it can work out for the majority of traders. With the momentum we are experiencing in the short term, it is almost hard not to be optimistic going into today.
Assuming we get a larger directional move in the markets, these 0-DTE option contracts are going to do great. Again, risk management is a thing, and people can make bad positions, but realistically, with the way the markets are setting up and the way that everything is trending, it is almost hard not to be optimistic leading into today. So if you want to trade 0-DTE options, today is going to be one of those days that I give you a thumbs up and hope the best for you.
I still believe that 0s statistically are a bad play, but today they are in your favor, and they will be even more in your favor leading into market close.
One of my favorite allocations in the markets has to be the end-of-day ATM 0-DTE contract that is about to expire. The contract is worth pennies on the dollar because it is still OTM, but in the process, you can purchase options for pennies on the dollar. Last week we were looking at some contracts where for $15, you were able to get $11,000 of exposure, meaning for a total of $120 risk, you could get $100,000 worth of upside potential.
This strategy is extremely risky and involves a lot of luck, but imagine the option contract you purchase is $0.50 OTM for $0.15, then decides to go and rip $5 into close, where your contract is now $5 ITM, despite the fact you paid $0.15 for the contract. That would be absolutely insane, but we all know and have seen markets and single organizations move heavily into close, so be on the lookout because I genuinely believe this is going to be one of the best ways to maximize our short-term potential while minimizing general risk.
It is unfortunate that the risks associated with these 0-DTEs by close, but that is the reason I need to continue to warn you all about everything in real time. Under the assumption that you are 1% wrong on this play, you should assume that you are 100% wrong and will incur a 100% loss in a matter of minutes. Tread lightly, practice risk management, and don’t be dumb.
I do have a couple of meetings today, so I do not know how much I personally will be around. I will need to leave around 9am CST for the meeting, and I do not know when I will be back in the office. Hopefully I will be back before markets close, but there are no promises at all in any way, shape, or form. I apologize for this, and want to offer you all a sincere apology. I will do a couple of community giveaways as a result of today. Thank you all for understanding and much love!
If I see any opportunities, or if I decide to get into any other plays, I’ll announce what I see in the HaiKhuu Discord.
