HaiKhuu Daily Report - 10/26/2026

Good morning and happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are ready for another beautiful week for the markets! We are slightly green at the time of writing this report, but realistically, the markets are at a point of larger scale consolidation, so please continue to be careful as we tread around this $760 point on $SPY.

I’ll talk more about the market conditions later on in the full report, but just know that you should continue to expect larger scale neutrality until there is justification for a larger scale directional move.

We have only continued to remain in a tight around the $760 magnet, so please tread lightly, trade accordingly, and have some fun realizing some gains today!

Thoughts & Comments from Last Week

Last week was a nasty week for the general markets. There was confidence, opportunity, and a quick snap back to the $760 magnet zone. Hopefully you all were able to make the most out of the short term volatility that was presented to us, and were able to realize some gains!

We started last week with $SPY trading at $767.28. General market conditions were alright on Monday and we essentially remained at that level throughout the rest of the day. Things picked up leading into Tuesday, where $SPY broke $770 and remained at that level. Conditions looked great and we continued to display strength going into Wednesday, where $SPY went on and made the official high of the week trading at $774.44. Conditions were good on Wednesday, but that is where things quickly shifted.

Between Wednesday close and Thursday open, we watched as $SPY dropped approximately $7, opening the day at $766.37, and dropped throughout the entire day, making the official low of the day at $761, before recovering to $764 before close. Honestly, the selling that occurred Thursday was rough, but Friday was genuinely a terrible day for everyone involved.

We’ve been warning about neutrality amongst the volatility and Friday was the perfect example of that.

We started Friday with $SPY opening at $759.80, meaning we were down $4 from the previous close, and testing the $760 magnet zone right from the get go. $SPY dropped and made the official low of the day at $758.69, so not that much bearish momentum, and we watched as $SPY quickly snapped up, going on to make the high of the day at $763.47 leading into the lunchtime lull.

Overall market conditions were alright as $SPY did bounce from the bottom, but we watched as leading into the early afternoon, $SPY snapped back down to the $760 range, and remained there throughout the rest of the day, where we officially ended last week with $SPY trading at $759.97.

That means that for the entire week, $SPY was down approximately 1%, or down roughly $7.50.

What I can say about the volatility of last week is that obviously, never is great when there is mild bearish sentiment and neutrality, but given the way the markets moved and the predictability of last week, I hope you all were able to capitalize on the call outs we had and enjoyed all of the amazing trades presented to us! This will be a fun week for the markets, so hope you all are prepared and ready for today!

S&P 500 Heat Map - 10/23/2026

Thoughts & Comments for Today - 10/26/2026

I am going to start trying to ad-lib the daily portion as we prepare for 23/5 market hours and my forced vacation in two weeks. Make sure to tune into the call; I’ll be going over this portion at 8:30 am EST / 7:30 am CST.

But quick thoughts:

Today is shaping up to be a gross day for the general markets. I obviously am not trying to be pessimistic or trying to make you bearish, but leading into today, please make sure not to get your expectations super high.

With the way the markets are trending and earnings coming up this week, I expect we will see $760 on $SPY and hold this level on a larger timeframe. We will continue to chop around $760 until there is a decisive movement, and then we just ride that momentum. I do not know what news is going to cause that type of movement, nor have a crystal ball that can predict the markets with accuracy, but I can tell you that traders will realize losses attempting to navigate this short-term confusion.

Do not get emotional - remain consistent - and practice risk management. You will be fine. We all will be fine. This is all just a part of life.

If I see any opportunities, or if I decide to get into any other plays, I’ll announce what I see in the HaiKhuu Discord.
