Good morning and happy Wednesday! Well, midterms are over, the Dems have won both the Senate and the House, and the next two years are going to be extremely interesting, seeing what happens now that we will see a lot of political standstill.
We watched as multiple states like Texas that have flipped blue, which is interesting enough, and it will be genuinely surprising to see how the political climate changes now as a result of these conditions. But hey, life is good, and so are these market conditions; $SPY is up beautifully during the pre-market session, and we are finally back above the $760 resistance point again.
I am not saying that everything is over, but leading into the day, there is bullish sentiment, and I hope that we continue to break out and rally from here, but just tread lightly and make sure that you continue to practice safe risk management as a result of the volatility we are experiencing right now. There is a chance that the markets drop heavily, so just protect your bottom line and have a great time.
