HaiKhuu Daily Report - 07/28/2026
Good morning and happy Tuesday!!! Wow, markets are insanely volatile right now. We just watched as the South Korean markets got destroyed, so go into today treading lightly and preparing for some difficulties coming out of the chip sector. We’ve watched as $SNDK has dropped almost $300 a share since the market opened this week, and honestly, I am very excited to see where the markets take us today.
Prepare accordingly for some volatility and prepare for what is honestly going to be an extremely inconsistent day. Semis and chips are going to heavily impact the markets as we are preparing for FOMC to be released tomorrow. I am expecting general difficulties as a result, but at the same time, given the way the markets are trending and how traders are feeling, this is going to be an amazing day.
Make sure that you are doing everything in your power to maximize your potential and limit your downside risk. As long as you are practicing safe risk management, I do not see a reason why we all cannot continue to realize gains with ease.
Go on and make the most out of today, and let’s see what the markets have in store for us!
Good luck trading today; we might need it!
The updated $SPY daily levels are as follows:
Conversion Line Support: $745.39
Baseline Support: $736.08
Psychological Support: $740
Previous All-Time High: $760.40
Daily Cloud Support: $740.57
Thoughts & Comments from Yesterday - 07/27/2026
Yesterday was a tough day for the general markets, with GROSS volatility, but we had many great opportunities to scalp and actively trade intraday. Everyone had opportunities to realize significant gains; it all just came down to when and where you attempted to allocate! Those who simply followed the momentum would have been able to make the most out of yesterday, and hopefully everyone was able to print!
We started yesterday with $SPY trading at $745.00; markets opened beautifully green and displayed generalized strength from the get-go. Traders were confident, everyone was excited, and it looked like general market conditions were strong. We watched as $SPY continued to trend around that relative high, remaining beautifully green for the first 15 minutes or so of the day before we started to get some general bearish momentum.
It all started with a quick rejection early in the morning of multiple resistance levels, and then watched as the bearish momentum quickly piled on. $SPY went from trading at +$6, to black within the first hour of the trading day, and then essentially for the rest of the day remained relatively neutral. Conditions obviously were less than ideal after that first hour as we chopped in a couple dollar range leading into and out of the lunchtime lull, before dropping once again leading into the early afternoon.
$SPY went on to make the official low of the day at $735.87, trading relatively neutral and providing us with some opportunities to scalp in the early afternoon.
Thankfully, after making the official low of the day, the markets did recover slightly into the back half of the afternoon, where $SPY went on to recover $3 into close, where we officially ended the day with $SPY trading at $739.09, up $0.16 for the day, or up 0.02% overall.
So, what I will say about yesterday is that the intraday momentum was less than ideal, but it provided us with some great opportunities to scalp and realize some gains. Hopefully you all were able to easily capitalize on the momentum that was provided to us and were able to realize some gains in the process. Life is good and so are the markets, so let’s continue to make the most out of these conditions and enjoy today!!!

Thoughts & Comments for Today - 07/28/2026
Today is going to be an interesting time for the markets. As I said before, the South Korean markets have absolutely tanked due to chip stocks falling off the face of the planet. The South Korean index dropped approximately 11%, and as a result, we are going to experience some bearish pressure leading into today. Hopefully the markets remain relatively neutral from this point and don’t actively sell off, but that is a concern that you all should have regarding these conditions.
With the way that the markets are moving, we have only continued to remain within the extremely tight range I’ve talked about over the past month or so, where $SPY continues to chop on a larger timeframe in the $740-750 range. We are right below that $740 support level at the moment, and hopefully we see some opportunities that we can capitalize on in the near future.
Please, just continue to practice safe risk management in the short term and understand that despite the strength and confidence we all are experiencing in the markets, this sentiment can change in a single day. We are seeing early signs of weakness globally, and everything is coming back to chips. So please, tread extremely lightly, allocate properly, and understand the genuine risks that are associated with any attempted entry at this point.
If you are attempting to trade today, please look at these higher-beta chip stocks. They have been heavily sold off over the previous couple of trading days, again $SNDK is down almost $300 from open yesterday. I am not saying the selling is over for $SNDK, but after a $300 selling event where the stock drops almost 20%, there “should” be a bounce.
So wait for any confirmations of technical reversals on your charts, and look for opportunities associated. Traders are going to have almost zero issue in the short term finding volatility in these conditions; the difficulties come down to the timing of the allocations and how confident they are in the process. Under the assumption that market conditions continue to remain where they are, and that you are able to remain solvent, allocating with confidence under any confirmation of a reversal here in the short term is not going to be difficult.
Go into today with the understanding that these market conditions will be tougher to navigate in the short term, but will be filled with many great opportunities to scalp, day trade, and realize gains. I know I am excited with the way the markets are trending, but the real question is now: where will I decide to allocate, and how many gains will be realized in the process as a result? Who knows, we will see. Just make the most of the short-term opportunities presented to us, and have an amazing time.
If I see any opportunities, or if I decide to get into any other plays, I’ll announce what I see in the HaiKhuu Discord.
