HaiKhuu Daily Report - 10/21/2026
Good morning and happy Wednesday! We are already halfway through the week and are preparing accordingly for some more volatility! Markets are up slightly on positive $SPCX earnings, but traders are going to be extremely confused leading into a day like today! Hopefully the markets decide to bounce and rally from this $770 point, but just prepare accordingly for larger-scale neutrality and consolidation on an intraday basis.
Headed into today, I am expecting to see many traders have a difficult time while $SPY is in a relative state of confusion. Ideally, there is another directional momentum-based move towards the upside, but I need to remind you all to zoom out on the charts and look at what has occurred over the previous five months. I am not saying that the markets are not going to move, but realistically, I do not expect to see significant upside potential in these conditions.
Tread lightly and practice safe risk management while attempting to navigate this short-term momentum.
Good luck trading, and have some fun today.
The updated $SPY daily levels are as follows:
Conversion Line Support: $770.03
Baseline Support: $765.61
Psychological Support: $770
Previous All-Time High: $781.62
Daily Cloud Support: $766.67
Thoughts & Comments from Yesterday - 10/20/2026
Yesterday, as expected, was an extremely predictable day for the markets. We watched as there was a large momentum-based directional move; we watched as there was a confirmation prior to a reversal; and we watched as there was a gross consolidation, which resulted in people getting chopped. Hopefully you all listened to the report yesterday and followed everything we said because it was almost on the nose and perfect.
We started yesterday with $SPY trading at $765.92. General market conditions looked alright as the market was slightly red, but traders watched as market conditions quickly picked up and displayed strength. $SPY made the official low of the day trading at $764.25 before rallying beautifully to the top leading into the lunchtime lull, where $SPY made the official high of the day trading at $772.27. This means there was an $8 momentum-based directional move that everyone could have easily capitalized on.
Once the momentum started to slow down at the top, I alerted to watch for a quick consolidation prior to a confirmation of a reversal, a quick reversal from the top, and then consolidation throughout the rest of the day.
The back half of the day was not exciting at all, as $SPY dropped to right below $770 and remained in that place throughout pretty much the rest of the day; the entire afternoon was pretty much stuck within a $1 consolidation around that price.
We went on to end the day with $SPY trading at $769.05, meaning $SPY was up $2.50 for the day, or up roughly 0.3% with an intraday bullish movement of roughly $3.
What I can say is that it was an extremely predictable day for the markets, and hopefully you all were able to capitalize on the opportunities presented to us. Life is good and these market conditions are better, so hope you all caught those extremely predictable moves from yesterday and are ready for today!
S&P 500 Heat Map - 10/20/2026
Thoughts & Comments for Today - 10/21/2026
Today is going to be an interesting time with the strength we are seeing built up across the board. There is confidence in the markets as a result of $SPCX earnings and the fact that they have presented their first profitable quarter as an organization. There are multiple reasons why traders should be bullish and optimistic in these conditions, but at the same time, it is hard not to be skeptical of everything going on at the moment.
We have midterms coming up, traders are confused about navigating the short-term volatility, and everyone is walking on eggshells. No one knows with confidence where the markets are headed over the next couple of weeks, and realistically, the majority of individuals will have a difficult time.
So if you are looking at your positions in your portfolio, if you are hyper-leveraged, or all in cash, you need to remember the current placement of the markets, the valuations you would be attempting to purchase into at these prices, and then everything that may happen in between now and later. Many organizations will come down throughout the next couple of months, while others should do well. The hardest part is knowing which organizations are going to move, while which organizations are going to be the ones that ultimately fall off the face of the planet.
This is why you should do some research on all of the organizations you are attempting to enter right now; make sure you understand the risks that are involved with attempting to trade.
One genuine concern that you should have about these market conditions is the fact that the markets have shown larger-scale consolidations. Obviously, it is not ideal when there is a consolidation on an intraday basis, but we have only continued to play within an extremely tight space. Just consider this if you are continually holding long positions or are in a place where you are contemplating adding to the markets.
So let’s talk $SPCX.
Before I say anything, I want to say that none of this is financial advice, nor should it be a signal to buy or sell any positions. I am biased in my opinions on the organization, and that should be considered when reading this sentiment.
But if I were to give you my honest opinion on $SPCX, it is that I believe that, as an organization, it is heavily overpriced. With the way that everything is trading at the moment, the organization is trading above a $2T market cap, meaning it is the #7th largest publicly traded company by market cap.
The majority of the revenue the organization generated was not from Space~ish plays, but it has established itself with its revenue coming from AI.
I am again not saying that I am bearish on the organization, but I believe that from every single aspect, this organization is heavily overvalued. If you look at the fundamentals, the technicals, or any realistic evaluation of the company, all of the red flags should be flying.
Again, I am not saying that I am bearish on the organization; I believe that SpaceX is an amazing company with a lot of upside potential, but I believe that the organization is heavily overpriced, and I believe that the price per share will come down accordingly as shares get released and put into circulation. I still think that they are a great organization, but everything is so overvalued at this price, so you should really consider it if you are attempting to trade, enter, or hold $SPCX at this point.
If I see any opportunities, or if I decide to get into any other plays, I’ll announce what I see in the HaiKhuu Discord.
